Wyse is gearing up to showcase some significant new products at Citrix Synergy on May 20-23, in Houston, Texas. Wyse will be at booth # 105, highlighting a new class of appliances, specifically designed to work with the new Citrix XenDesktop™ product line.

These new devices from Wyse will greatly enhance end user acceptance of desktop virtualization with ease of use, high performance and the lowest cost of ownership. The Wyse Viance™ family comes in two models --the Viance Desktop & Viance Pro Mobile -- providing users with easy set-up time and management, fast performance, rich multimedia support and broad USB peripheral compatibility, just to point out a few features. In addition, these appliances only use 13 to 19 watts of power making them a very “green” solution.

Wyse will also show its entire line of Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp compatible hardware and software products from desktops to mobile units, as well as some new surprises that deliver the best user experience ever.

Hilton @ Home Case Study
Wyse is offering a new case study based on how Hilton Reservations and Customer Care is using thin clients and software to automate and improve response times for booking agents. Through its Work @ Home program, Hilton is saving money on call center real estate, computer equipment, power, server licenses, technical support, per-hour agent rates, and full-time employee overhead.
