Wyse Introduces New CEO and Management Team
 Wyse announced several senior management changes in February, including the appointment of Tarkan Maner to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, as the company aligns itself for growth. He’ll also be joining the board of directors for the company. Other changes will see Maryam Alexandrian being promoted to Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Channels.

Wyse Showcases Smart Card Integration at HIMSS
 Wyse demonstrated its new SecureSC (smart card) add-on for healthcare organizations at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference, in New Orleans earlier this month.
Wyse SecureSC integrates with Citrix Password Manager™ and .NET smart card technology from Gemalto into the company's Microsoft Windows XPe thin clients, allowing healthcare workers to swiftly and securely access vital information without compromising on security. This provides users with a secure single sign-on system for Microsoft Windows, Web-based and hosted applications while supporting the most popular ISO 7816 Class A and AB smart card standards. The new smart card add-on will be commercially available through Wyse channel partners in Q2 of 2007.

Wyse Adds New, Lower-Priced V Class L-Family
 Wyse announced the availability of the new Wyse V Class L-Family of thin computers with advanced display capabilities capable of handling the most demanding desktop and multimedia applications. These new thin computers are designed to support high-resolution graphics and will replace the Wyse 3150 and Wyse 9150 thn clients. The new Wyse V Class L-Family will extend the work productivity, security, reliability, and affordability of thin computing to data-intensive environments such as document management, financial services, medical care, and research industries. Designed for use with Microsoft Terminal Services, Citrix Presentation Server, VMware, Web-based, and full-function streaming environments.

Harvard University Graduates to Wyse Thin Clients
 You don’t need to be a member of Mensa or a Rhodes Scholar to discover the cost saving and flexibility of thin computing. Recently, one of the world’s most renowned and prestigious universities made the switch to Wyse thin clients. The Harvard University’s Physics department replaced its antiquated PC network for graduate students with Wyse S50 thin-clients, the world’s smallest Linux-based thin client.
