Powering Up for the Holidays with the New Wyse G Class The new Wyse G class delivers unprecedented performance and flexibility. Powered by a 1.2GHz Via C7 processor, the Wyse G class family comes with standard dual-display support and the option to support up to six displays as users’ requirements increase. What makes the Wyse G class unique is its flexibility and expansion capabilities. Users can also expand to four or six displays using adapters from vendors such as Matrox, ATI and others. The new family of products offer future-proofing options such as a DVD/CD-ROM bay, hard disk drive bay, floppy disk drive bay and a PCI expansion slot. Lenovo to Resell Wyse Product Portfolio Lenovo recently announced that it will extend its PC portfolio by reselling Wyse thin client solutions. This partnership offers Lenovo customers, around the world, easy access to a wide selection of Wyse thin clients including management and multimedia software, that compliment their existing Lenovo notebooks and desktop PCs. Products such as Wyse V and S class thin clients, mobile Wyse X90 and X90e thin clients, and advanced multimedia software that integrates with Citrix, Microsoft and VMware desktop virtualization solutions will now be resold through Lenovo. Other key software components such as Wyse Thin OS, Wyse Device Manager, a sophisticated device and asset management tool for networked resources and Wyse WSM, an application provisioning software, will also be available to Lenovo customers worldwide.
