Why Wyse?
Wyse Technology has pioneered thin clients since 1981, and has had the largest market share worldwide for the last 8 years. Wyse thin clients combine the security of a mainframe with the interface and flexibility of a desktop computer, providing access to legacy mainframe applications, secure web-based information and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other hospital applications via ICA or RDP. The Wyse family of thin-clients are durable with low emissions, low power requirements and require less maintenance than a PC. Because the devices have no moving parts or media drives, they do not break down and virus intrusions are less likely. Since users log into servers for their mission critical data and applications, they are not tied to a specific location in a thin-client environment. Wyse thin clients range from simple clients with the basic protocols needed for terminal server connection, to powerful and flexible, with local application processing, additional I/O ports, and optional local peripherals. Platform options include Wyse ThinOS , Linux, Windows CE, and Windows XP embedded. Log in options include password protection, smart card access, and biometric security sensors.

Wyse Technology is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. Statement of Guarantee
Wyse Technology will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.

End-of-Life Phase (EOL) is announced on wyse.com. Once a product has reached this phase, you may continue to use the product within the terms of the product licensing agreement, but the support options are very limited. There may be historical information in the Knowledge Base (askwyse.com) or other online resources, but the database is not updated and the information is provided "as-is." Full service is provided and supported for up to 2 1/2 years after the EOL announcement. For an additional 2 years, Wyse will provide limited service which may include product replacement with a compatible or similar model. After EOL is announced, Wyse reserves the right to discontinue applicable service programs.
