THE ISSUE:
       Firmware ID string doesn't say anything

OVERVIEW:
       The Terminal displays what appears to be the alpha-numeric
       firmware i.d string.       "COPYRIGHT 1986WYSE"

THE RESOLUTION:
      The key sequence to find the firmware revision was
      incorrectly entered.  Part of the alpha-numeric firmware I.D
      string will be displayed if CapsLock is OFF, and an 
      ESCape d SHIFT " is entered, or SENT FROM THE HOST computer
      or application.
