TITLE: WY60 KEYBOARD COMPATIBILITY WITH UPGRADE CUT & JUMP

THE ISSUE:
       SOME KEYBOARDS DONT WORK WITH PRE-ANSI WY60

OVERVIEW:
      ON PRE-ANSI WY60's that have been upgraded with cut and jump
      and firmware update, and using EPC keyboard, if you type too
      fast it can cause the terminal to lock up, however if you swap
      the keyboard with the old AT style keyboard the problem 
      disappears.  ( This problem was noticed with a VM386 multiuser
      DOS 3.3 O/S running pcterm.)
 
RESOLUTION:
      Were able to resolve the problem by bringing xmt limit
      down to 60cps.
