THE ISSUE:
         radiation emissions in the Ultra-Violet range.

OVERVIEW:
         A question was raised by a recent customer whether or not
         ultra-violet rays are produced by this terminal. These are
         apparently harmful to the eyes of certain people, and an
         opthamologist can include screening in a prescription if
         this kind of radiation is present.

SOLUTION:
         There is no ultra-violet radiation emitted from this terminal.
