TOPIC:  KEYBOARD INTERFACE CABLING ON WY85

THE ISSUE:
        Discussion of keyboard compatibility on WY85.

OVERVIEW:
        1)  How do I determine whether I have an old WY85 keyboard or a
            new Wyse 85 keyboard (manufactured after 6/87)?

        2)  My 3161 keyboard doesn't work on my WY85,  I have documentation
            that says it's suppose to work.

RESOLUTION:
        1)  The new keyboard has a metal shield around the RJ11 connector
            on the keyboard.

        2)  The 3161 keyboard will not work with the WY85,  This information
            was printed in error.
