THE ISSUE:
   Determining scan code from Enhanced PC Keyboard in PC-TERM mode.

RESOLUTION:
        See Page B-7, figure B-4 in the WY-60 USER GUIDE:  the two
        digit value that is shown on each key is the down stroke
        value for the key.  Add 80 to this number to give you the
        up stroke value, i.e., the number "3" key on the standard
        keypad is hex code 04, the up stroke will then equal 84.
        Also, see page B-10, table B-5 for other hexadecimal scan
        code values for keys.  (Page B-9 in Pre '89 User's Guides).
