TOPIC:  WY-60 RESET DEFAULT

THE ISSUE:
        RESET-DEFAULT PROCEDURES FOR "K" ERROR (LOSS OF SETUP)

RESOLUTION:

        The following is the procedure to reset and default the WY-60 
        terminal to an initial state (factory default):

        1) Power off the terminal.
           Hold down the <g> key and turn the terminal on. 
           Continue holding <g> until status line appears (FDX showing).
           Release <g>.

        2) Repeat step 1 again.

        3) Enter setup modes in the terminal.
           EPC keyboard <Shift><Select>
           ASCII/ANSI keyboard <Shift><Setup>
           AT keyboard <Shift><SysRq>

        4) Highlight DEFAULT ALL on the top line; Press <F10>.

        5) Highlight SAVE ALL on the top line; Press <F10>.

        The terminal is now reset and defaulted. It may be necessary
        to re-enter setup to define operating parameters. Remember to
        keep some record on file of how the terminal is set up for
        your system.
