Wyse Device Manager Software Course

This course is intended to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully install Wyse Device Manager software (formerly known as Rapport), perform image or package updates, and create customized scripts to automate client device setup and configuration. It is designed for system engineers, integrators, and customers who are, or will be, responsible for the implementation of thin client administration solutions. Students will also be able to plan and implement enterprise-scale client device discovery, upload and download client parameters, and distribute software packages across multiple subnets. A troubleshooting section will provide students with the most common technical support issues and solutions.
