Turner's customer service representatives rely on Wyse® Winterm™ thin clients for up-to-date programming information and fast transaction time.

The network-centric computing solution with thin clients on desktops creates an enterprise system that is versatile, scalable and links to advanced telephone technology in a multi-user environment. As applications improve, the IT department makes updates on the servers without touching the thin clients. The quality and service of Turner's call center has enabled the company to contract out its capabilities to other companies as well as support the growing customer base of Turner Vision.
