- Offer is good for purchases made on October 20, 2008 through December 19, 2008. Units must ship from distribution and invoice from the reseller on or before December 19, 2008.
- Claim is limited to the purchase of any Wyse Standard XPe Desktop (S90, V90L,V90LE, or G90).
- This is an end user promotion and is not applicable to stocking orders from Wyse Authorized Distributors or NDRs. Orders must transact in Wyse POS to be eligible for this promotion - no exceptions.
- Customer MUST submit claim AND show proof of purchase/invoice through an authorized Wyse reseller and distributor to receive promotional units.
- No returns or rain checks. Offer good while existing supplies last. Offer is good for standard product only and part numbers listed above - no custom configurations, variations, or images.
- Free Wyse X90L (909521-41L ONLY) will be claimed and will ship directly from Wyse to the end user customer within seven business days of claim validation.
- This promotion is exclusive to North America with free units being shipped only to the country of original purchase.
- This offer CANNOT be combined with any other promotions or special pricing on these SKUs.
- Wyse reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time, and holds the final say in any disputed claims.
- Wyse must receive all claim forms within 30 days from end of promotion.
Wyse Instant Rebates
- This promotion is only available to Wyse authorized distributors and authorized resellers in North America.
- The promotion applies only to the Wyse models and part numbers detailed on the above chart. Promotion is not applicable to derivative versions. Instant Rebate program is valid from October 20, 2008, until December 19, 2008.
- The discount promotion is already live at distribution and will be applied to your quote from your distributor of choice. There is nothing to claim from Wyse or the distributor.
- Impact on Special Pricing: During the period of the promotion, the promotion price supersedes all prior approved special pricing where the discount amount is less than the rebate.
- In no case will Wyse permit or approve you combining any claim for SPQ (special pricing) credit with the price discount.
- This promotion may be terminated or modified by Wyse at any time.
