Vertical Inside Sales SpecialistLocation: San Jose, California
Wyse Technology is looking for an upbeat, focused and well-organized individual to join the North American sales team selling the #1 market leading thin computing solutions. As an integral part of the sales organization, the Inside Vertical Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in key verticals for Wyse. This entry level sales position is focused on developing the base foundation in sales, business process, partner management, and the education markets. As a new venture for Wyse this role will have high exposure among sales management and executive staff, giving you the opportunity to build lasting relationships for continued career growth at Wyse.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and execute selling strategy for given business plan
- Effectively prospect, identify, and qualify new business
- Become a knowledge expert in the key verticals selling into
- Develop proficiency on all assigned Wyse products, programs, and systems
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed established goals
- Drive demand generation via cold calling and business planning
- Use CRM package for all information regarding sales stages and prospects
- Work closely with corporate marketing and channel marketing to promote attendance at events, webinars, and other needed communication
Minimum Qualifications
- Passion for sales/sales development in a fast paced technology company
- Excellent phone and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Drive to demonstrate success in developing business over the phone
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
